"Elizabeth" and "Sometime Around Midnight" are my other two faves...
They both are little more dark though.
"Changing" is good but much more upbeat as is "Bride and Groom"
Really, anything you listen to will be good

I've always thought it was their magnum opus, whereas RAM was a re-exploration of those ideas, using live instrumentation.
Haven't heard Alive '07 yet, not too much of a live album guy,

I'm a fan of using actual instruments when possible, although I can appreciate what they were doing.
Normally me neither, I just really like how Daft mixed several songs and the corresponding rhythms/melodies together.
Also, the Tron soundtrack they did is quite good.

I remember during some interviews that they recorded some live instrumentation and sampled that for some tracks.
I'm a fan of both, not really knocking RAM for its use of live instrumentation, it's just that the ideas were rediscovered (heh) and formed some great tracks ("Touch").
I remember watching the movie JUST because they were in it. I also remember subsequently getting a t-shirt of them in the movie after.

I find it strange I think both songs that are singles off the album are the worst songs on the album.

I find "Lose Yourself to Dance" the worst song on the album, and "Get Lucky" to just be disco catchy.
I think they're the only radio-friendly songs off the album, although I haven't really listened to it much, so I'll listen to it AGAIN.

Lose yourself to dance is the worst on the album, but they just announced it as the next single. Get Lucky has gotten too overplayed for me to enjoy it anymore.

Glad you like it. I loved Interstella 5555, have watched it a couple times and thoroughly enjoyed it.
